My Story…

We all have a unique journey that calls us forth into making the switch to natural alternatives, however mine came during the deep trauma of mourning the loss of my son Avery, who was just six years old. Six months pregnant at the time, I needed to move through grief while still holding the world on my shoulders- and STAY pregnant in an already high risk pregnancy. As desperate as I was after sleepless nights of traumatic flashbacks and nightmares, and the constant state of deep emotion during those first days following our loss, it was a friend who helped me turn away from the lure of harmful antidepressants and sleep aids, and put little brown bottles in my hand to find relief and comfort.
